Their investment strategies seemed to show a poor rate of return, they were difficult to work with, and somewhere along the line most of my retirement funds disappeared. Contrast that with Fidelity Investments who I was working with at the same time who were the exact opposite in every positive way. I will not be working with TIAA again.
