- TSTerry SachsNov 5, 20251.0I received an offer in the mail that said if I opened an account and deposited $1,000 in the first 90 days I would receive $500. I made all of the ACH deposits with time to spare but now, several months later, the bank openly refused to provide the $500. Hopefully you won’t also fall for this Key Bank scam. I cannot in good conscience recommend this bank to anyone who values business ethics, as Key Bank and its employees are very short on integrity.

I love how comfortable they made me feel. They explained everything until I fully understood, they also speak Spanish which is great because I can definitely slip up and not make sense with mixing my native language with English at times. Yesica is such a great branch manager along with the branch team! Carolina Gonzalez helped my 18 year old daughter with her accounts and had a great experience with her, they are funny and willing to make it happen! Over all this entire branch is very sweet, kind and caring. Always willing to help with a huge smile on their face! Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new account or any type of lending help you might need.
