Most unfriendly and incompetent bankers that I’ve ever dealt with. Other than that, they’re great.

There is something fundamentally wrong with Keybank and their employees! I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday, the 6th, with Olivia Rodriguez to open a business account. When I arrived, I was met by Taylor Sampson, whom I informed that I had an appointment with Olivia Rodriguez. Taylor informed me that Olivia Rodriguez wasn't in that day (mind you, this is the second time that I've scheduled an appointment with a teller that did not show up, nor is originally from that branch). While Taylor Sampson was in the process of inputting our business name on the computer, I informed him that our business name had changed and that we no longer go by the business name that shows on the "initial" IRS Paperwork that I provided him, but that he's able to see our former business name with our new business name on the Utah Business Search site; Taylor was able to verify the information. However, Taylor insisted with attitude that he "has to" input our former business name and that he had to go off of the initial IRS Paperwork that I had provided him (to say that I was bewildered is an understatement). I attempted to reason with Taylor that it wouldn't make any sense for him to create a business account for us with our former business name when our direct deposits, clients and even the STATE OF UTAH DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE utilizes our updated business name (All I could think about at the time was why the push back, why the attitude, what is going on here, what did I do to deserve this, is this some form of discrimination?!). Taylor eventually conceded and informed me that he'll update our business name 🤦 the next business day when he comes in and that the name changed should be updated within 24 hours. (Our business name has not been updated) Part2... Taylor called me two days ago, I believe on Monday, requesting address verification documents, and if I could send him an invoice or a utility bill that has our business and address on it. I informed Taylor that the invoice we receive only has my name and our business address on it, which matches the information in the Utah Business Search site; I forwarded the invoice over to Taylor! Taylor said that should work, and I assumed that was the last of it.... I received a call and an email from Taylor this morning informing me that, unfortunately, the invoice I provided him would not suffice, and that they needed an invoice or a utility bill with our business name and address. At that point, I was fed up. I informed Taylor once again that that's how I receive our invoices and that the information in our payment portal 'Innago' that the business park where we rent has us utilize shows the same thing (My name and our business address) when we log in to view or make payments; we don't have a utility payment in the business park where we rent. I've dealt with a multitude of financial institutions. However, I've never had to jump through hoops nor be treated like this.

The service is terrible. All the people who work create problems by ignoring you. They lie about filling out dispute forms causing a loss of funds and time.
