  La experiencia fatal me sentí discriminado pues el señor que me atendió le comentó que me refirió un familiar que tiene cuenta con ellos y le entregue lo que solicitan para la apertura de cuenta social licencia o permiso de trabajo me negó la posibilidad si quiera me dijo que necesitaba la licencia en físico que no podía aceptar la impresa que da el dmv sin motivo alguno válido se negó a abrirme la cuenta fue desposta mal educado cuidado al venir a este sede

  My first and only visit to this location was pleasantly surprising from the moment I stepped inside. First, it's end of day on a Friday and there was no line. Second. Although others were available to assist me, I had the pleasure of getting assisted by the branch manager which I don't think I have ever experienced elsewhere. Third, the branch manager, Zane I believe but I could be wrong, was incredibly helpful and transparent with me about what I could expect (I was opening an account just to deposit a large check and needed the funds available by Monday). I appreciate the first class service I received by not only Zane, but also Damonique who assisted with the account portion. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire process took less than 15 minutes and I value that aspect the most. Covid made me a hermit and I just don't like being in public like I used to, so the painless process was definitely appreciated. And finally, when I asked for the customer service number to call about any banking questions in the future, I was surprised to get the direct line for Damonique as well as this branch rather than an impersonal, generic 800 number like my current bank uses. I was initially planning on just using the account until the check funds were depleted since I already bank with America First, but I do believe I will be making a transition to Key Bank now as the service and experience was top notch and definitely outdid every AFCU experience I've had in the years I've been banking with them. Thank you Zane and Damonique for making this an easy and friendly transaction! *****

  I have been a customer at this branch for over 7 years. Let me tell you, I used to think Mountain America was the best, but today, that opinion has changed. Over the years, I haven't had many issues, but I did find myself in an unfortunate and unforeseen situation that was horrible and I felt doomed. This bank (Zane and Andrew) these two were the most amazing, positive and helpful people ever. I would never expect this kind of fair and non judgemental treatment as I was provided by these gentlemen. Especially at a bank. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond service and I will be a loyal customer for life. No hidden fees, no BS. Just real people and phenomenal service. Professional, kind, and fair. The BEST! Thank you guys!! My appreciation is endless!

  They will not cash a check that is further bank from a car accident so I gave one star and it’s pointless to have bank accounts
