- SFStan FordJan 31, 20245.0I LOVE this branch. Big thanks to Larry for all he does. He genuinely cares about people and makes you feel like family. I’ve always loved Ari and the environment she brings to the bank, but I was ready to find a new bank because I didn’t feel like I was being heard. Adding Larry to the team was a top notch decision. He did everything in his power to make sure my family and I were taken care of. I’ve never had a banker who took the time to actually get to know me and my wife, but Larry did just that. I was hesitant to go in and look over things when Larry called, but Ari and Larry took their time to explain everything to us and they made sure we were being taken care of and getting the most out of our relationship with the bank. I’m excited he’s my banker and would highly recommend this branch and Larry personally to anyone looking for someone who really cares about their financial well being. This branch strives in customer service, I don’t bother visiting others because they have become my “home” bank. I always feel so welcomed each time I come in either help with financial planning, monthly visits for rent and the like. Thanks guys for everything!
- FNFake NameMay 23, 20174.0Rather friendly experience. I had a bit of a complex case so it took me longer than usual to open up an account, but a simpler one would have gone much faster. Temporary cards are either a hit or miss. I've had it work on a 7/11, but not at Wendy's. (I wanted Chicken Nuggets!) But I suppose I shouldn't have been spending money anyway, so I guess thank you.
