- KWK W-HMar 3, 20211.0I recently inherited a large amount of money and have searched for a financial advisor who could assist me in the best way to invest. I called Laura's office just now. I was appalled by the unprofessionalism of Nicole, who was so unprofessional and rude. After her barrage of questions as to why I was calling, my simple statement of "I'm looking for a financial planner" wasn't enough, she wanted to know exactly why I needed a planner! Had I called to speak to Nicole I suppose I would have felt comfortable giving her that information, yet she refused to just pass my info to Laura or transfer me to Laura. I ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. Sorry Laura, Nicole just lost you a client!!
