- THtravis higleySep 5, 20173.0This is not a bad location, they have been here forever, but with everything going on and with how many fees they charge, I'm not sure how anyone could bank with them anymore. The tellers were very helpful and friendly, but when I need to pay my bills they make it such a hassle if I am putting any extra on anything. I have to specify that it goes to principle only every-time.

At first it accepted existing cards, then it didn't, then it did again but without the option to deposit checks, then depositing checks was allowed again, then they changed the interface completely and removed the option to deposit checks. At present, if I want to deposit my check I'll need to arrive during drive-through hours to deal with a teller who is tasked with selling me services I don't need and may send my check to the wrong account again.

I hung up I got scared to give my info since he was so unprofessional by answering their phone, aren't they supposed to said "thanks for calling Wells Fargo on Main Street"?
