- MLMatt LawsonApr 7, 20221.0Our parents set up a trust in 1996 with the bank that used to be at this location in 2008 Wells Fargo bought out the bank and assumed all the assets of the banks now that my parents are dead Wells Fargo says they have no idea about the trust don’t know anything about it and are refusing to help us with this problem they won’t even write a letter that we can file with the court saying they don’t know anything about this trust and and will not help us with this. A simple letter is all we need stating that they are not going to handle the trust so we can file with the court and the court to release the estate why won’t you do this Wells Fargo

The tellers were very helpful and friendly, but when I need to pay my bills they make it such a hassle if I am putting any extra on anything. I have to specify that it goes to principle only every-time.

At first it accepted existing cards, then it didn't, then it did again but without the option to deposit checks, then depositing checks was allowed again, then they changed the interface completely and removed the option to deposit checks. At present, if I want to deposit my check I'll need to arrive during drive-through hours to deal with a teller who is tasked with selling me services I don't need and may send my check to the wrong account again.
