The phone rang several times before I was automatically transferred to the main customer service number for the entire bank. That transfer call rang for a few minutes, which when you are waiting for someone to answer seems like forever. When a CSR finally answered she was pleasant enough, but really couldn’t help me, and I really don’t think she specifically works for Zion’s bank. However, she couldn’t really help me with what I was needing help with. She told me that she would send a message to the branch manager and have him or her return my call. I never did get a call from the bank. I really wish my parents would let me help them transfer to where I do my banking.
