The woman in the drive let 3 people go before me and then laughed and me and refused to help me. The customer service line I called twice said that what I needed was easily doable but they refused to help me. I’m not surprised at all they average 1.8 stars. The .8 is too high imo

The phone rang several times before I was automatically transferred to the main customer service number for the entire bank. That transfer call rang for a few minutes, which when you are waiting for someone to answer seems like forever. When a CSR finally answered she was pleasant enough, but really couldn’t help me, and I really don’t think she specifically works for Zion’s bank. However, she couldn’t really help me with what I was needing help with. She told me that she would send a message to the branch manager and have him or her return my call. I never did get a call from the bank. I really wish my parents would let me help them transfer to where I do my banking.
