When I finally got someone’s attention, everyone was rude and unhelpful — including the manager, who refused to help with a basic request. Thinking seriously about taking my accounts elsewhere. Avoid this branch!

The branch manager, Angela, couldn't give me a better answer than I already knew and referred me to call there 1-800 customer service line instead . The teller that was assisting me, Kevin, was quite impersonal and very rude/ADHD like. As soon as he counted my cash back, before I could get settled with my cash and my purse, he asked me to " move aside because I have another customer in line"... as I'm also a customer. Bank of america, Chase bank, Bank of Utah, and my credit union provide better customer service, and values their customers. This is the worst branch that I've been to among all of Wells Fargo thus far. Definitely needs customer service training.

The teller name Kevin ask me if I have an account every time!! Even though I come every couple of weeks. It’s frustrating to say the least! Learn your clients and make them feel welcome. It’s not that hard.
