I understand it might be busy but it is pretty ridiculous when there's only 3 people in the drive thru and they can't withdraw a few hundred. Never go to this bank if you don't have at least 50 minutes to wait or else you might be late!

No professionalism, treating the customer like nothing. Third, when teller was asked to print out a bank closing statement, she wanted to charge $5 per page! Is this for real?? I thought highly of Zions Bank and still do, but the experience today made me question about this bank. Teller is the first person in line to represent the company and the impression I had today, I wish I could give 0 star if I can.
- LPL ParkyFeb 4, 20201.0Tried to call the phone number about getting Euros for a trip. The number sent me to a call center in Texas where the lady did not know ANYTHING. She had to "look up" everything and it took 15 minutes for her to find nothing about what was available in Utah. Based on her responses, I do not think she even found that the Netherlands uses the Euro.
