My husband opened an account in 1982 from Puerto Rico and when I moved here after he passed away in 1993, they efficiently helped me with all my needs and questions. I was not used to deal with our finances and they were a real help for me.

I only have a couple of bank accounts with them (no loans or credit cards) so I can't comment on too much, but students get good deals (fewer or no fees). It's worth checking out.
