She was super kind and friendly throughout the whole process, and made it very easy even though I had no idea what I was doing :). Super nice that there's an ATM in there too that I can easily access while on campus!

- MPMichael PackardJul 19, 20232.0I applied for the Active Cash Back credit card in the hopes that I could receive the $200 bonus and was denied (which I understand and am not upset about), but then 4 months later, Wells Fargo converted my current credit card to that exact card I was denied. However, since my current card was converted to the Active Cash Back card without my consent, I was not eligible for the $200 bonus. I don't have any complaints about this particular location of Wells Fargo, just the organization in general. Calling customer support to complain unfortunately also provided no help.
