I’m trying to get food next door and they don’t take large bills so I walked into Wells Fargo and simply asked if they’d break it for me especially since I’m a Wells Fargo customer and the fruity latino dude said no cause and gave me a bunch of silly excuses. (1:10pm you know who I’m talking about he’s the only one in the front) First he said they can’t help non customers, and I told him I’m a member and then suddenly he changed it to they can’t verify $100 bills??? Then when I asked what kind of a bank can’t break let alone VERIFY $100 bill for a customer he said they only do it up to $20 for change? Makes no sense and I now see why you guys have the reviews you do. Went through the drive through and another banker broke it for me no problem. Don’t be in the business of money if you can’t handle members with it and can’t be consistent with your care.

- JSJon ScottDec 11, 20154.0Maybe the staff has changed because I like almost everyone there. The tall guy with the clipboard and the other lady with the clipboard however are the only exceptions. They do waive fees for me when needed, make exceptions and have a lot of free services.
