- DSDave SimpsonNov 3, 20251.0What kind of a bank won’t help a customer break $100 bill? I’m trying to get food next door and they don’t take large bills so I walked into Wells Fargo and simply asked if they’d break it for me especially since I’m a Wells Fargo customer and the fruity latino dude said no cause and gave me a bunch of silly excuses. (1:10pm you know who I’m talking about he’s the only one in the front) First he said they can’t help non customers, and I told him I’m a member and then suddenly he changed it to they can’t verify $100 bills??? Then when I asked what kind of a bank can’t break let alone VERIFY $100 bill for a customer he said they only do it up to $20 for change? Makes no sense and I now see why you guys have the reviews you do. Went through the drive through and another banker broke it for me no problem. Don’t be in the business of money if you can’t handle members with it and can’t be consistent with your care.

I felt terrible for being there past close but Sal and Jenn were beyond friendly and made conversation with me as Richard kindly completed my withdrawal. Great attitudes from all 3 and super understanding and helpful. Thank you so much!!
- EDEmily DupaixJul 8, 20221.0The directions were weird getting here. I got lost multiple times trying to find an entrance for my car. Was absolutely slow . I was on a delivery for my job and made a deposit for said job at this Wells Fargo because I was in the area. Keep in mind, I was in a rush and was out on this delivery for over an hour just waiting for someone to get my work’s deposit through. Going to the branch at BYU from now on.
