  Pretty Disappointed in this Wells Fargo. I just called them and asked to speak to a manager to get help on something. The manager then hung up on me, I called back to speak to her again and the lady who answered would not transfer the phone to her and would not even give me her name. Really disappointed about this. I then called another Wells Fargo in Provo and got the help i needed right away! LOVE LOVE Wells Fargo off of 900 E.

  I recently went in to talk to a banker about some credit options. They were very helpful in helping me understand my options in building credit, financial planning, and explained things simply and clearly enough for my millennial brain to understand. They also followed up with me later to ask how my financial planning was going. My only complaint is that a lot of the helpful information I got was due primarily to the fact that I kept pushing for more information and asking questions, even when they seemed like they had explained everything. I learned a lot, but I'm not sure why they don't tell customers all the possible options/helpful information up front. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years, and was never told any of this until I brought it up and probed. I would still recommend, just come prepared to dig for quality information.

  I love coming to this bank! Every time I'm there, I'm greeted by a friendly staff who actually care about my life. One banker in particular, Alexis, will tell me happy birthday when it's my birthday or give me congrats on getting married. That's the best service I've had at a bank. Definitely love coming here because it's such a great experience.

  I had a very good experience with one banker, Danny Gomez. Very nice and helpful! I've been with Wellsfargo for 7 years now, and there've been helpful and not so much bankers/tellers, but so far I like working with Wellsfargo. I would recommend to go to Danny Gomez. One of the most honest and caring about people banker.
