- AAA AlcantaraJan 7, 20251.0Dan at this Key bank branch was more than useless. I was helping my older neighbor with finding her bank info for her social security check. Dan immediately told her no, he couldn’t confirm any information although she already had the number. He didn’t even verify her account information or identity to go into her account. I asked if he could walk her through setting up an account online and he insisted on being very vague and useless. I asked for a manager and he rudely replied “there’s not one here”. After insisting on finding someone that was going to be helpful, we were transferred to Key bank in Orem who verified her information and was able to help her, but Adam deserves to be mentioned due to his unwillingness to help, for being rude, and not doing his job properly. Working in customer service isn’t for everyone and if you don’t like your job or aren’t going to try your best at your job, don’t work there.

We started the process TWO AND A HALF MONTHS ago and are still being told that there are things that need to be “worked out”. While I understand a mishap or two, this is far beyond that. Claire and Charity, the bankers at this branch, have played a significant role in making this an absolutely miserable experience. Like I said, I have loved KeyBank, but I beg of you, save your sanity and choose another branch.

Waited all day for her to return a phone call, and when I finally got ahold of her she told me I've already been helped, and I was basically waisting my time talking to her. Never bank here I will be closing my account and finding a new bank
