- CRChelsey RhoadesSep 2, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I went through the drive through to get a cashiers check as I do monthly. I told the teller what I needed and he said okay and took my I.D. then 5 minutes later he came back and told me I needed to come in as they wouldn’t serve me in the drive through to get a cashiers check. I’ve gone to many Zion’s Bank locations drive throughs to get a check this way they have never had an issue with it before. He make me find a parking space and come in and kept my I.D. the whole time I was parking. I was so furious I almost closed my account with them. I just went to another location and they happily served me in the drive through. I will not come back to this location ever.
