- CBChris BullockAug 1, 20251.0I came to bank duscuss a fraudulent charge on my account and was told to schedule an appointment for next week. Seems like the sense of urgency to help the customer is gone now.
- PJPavel JelínekJul 28, 20231.0Worst bank ever. To open account, you need to deposit at least 25 USD in cash.. come on, it's 2023! They do not provide you with Apple pay / Google pay card until you receive physical one (unlike Chase Bank). They don't allow you to make online transfers in first 6 months (unlike Chase). I do not recommend opening a bank account at Wells Fargo as all the requirements and restrictions are soo stupid. I haven't found worse services from all my experiences - I had opened multiple bank accounts across US, Europe and Asia.
