I had my Apple Wallet hacked and went through multiple frustrating experiences — including hours on the fraud line and a terrible experience at the other Park City branch — with no one able to help or even figure out what was going on. Elizabeth completely turned that around. She spent over two hours carefully combing through my account, tracking every detail, and identifying the issue that everyone else had missed. She was patient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is exactly how banking should be done — with care, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail.
