- JWjeff weissmanDec 19, 20161.0The fact that this branch is never busy and its location is why I initially opened accounts here. But, they have such turn over, no one is ever the same here for more than a month. Don't bother using the drive thru as they never will get to you, go inside, its faster, and people inside take preference over the drive thru. I have two accounts, a personal and business, both under the same name and they never can seem to locate both of them. This bank doesn't use deposit slips, so every single time they have to search for my deposit accounts, as soon as one teller, the only person in the bank most days, get to know me they are gone, and someone from SLC is transferred here to help out. Now, expect a long wait if there is anyone else in the bank, one person usually someone new, is servicing everyone. If you have a small business and use a bank daily, this isnt the place, if you rarely use a bank office, and have your paycheck deposited automatically, then this may work, however the Key bank online experience is outdated by 20 years too. If I want to transfer $ Between accounts I have to Email an account rep that isnt at this branch any more to do it for me. I wonder how this place stays open.....:
