With so many financial institutions to choose from, Zions Bank needs to step up their customer service by offering extended hours and hiring knowledgeable and competent staff who can respond to phone calls and answer questions. Currently, Zions Bank is barely mediocre at best.

But a single experience with Alyssa turned around my entire opinion of the bank by going above and beyond to make sure everything on my account was back up and running on a Saturday near closing after an account freeze.
