  I had heard bad things about this location in the past so I try to avoid it. But this was the closest location to me and I didn’t have time to find another. The assistant manager, David, ended up helping me out and changed my whole perspective of this place. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and didn’t give me the run around at all. I haven’t worked with the other employees at this location but my experience with David was enough for me to come back time and time again.

  Two years ago I asked them to set up a different checking account because I knew my account was compromised. They asked if I wanted to have web banking on that one and I said no. They didn't tell me that they would be sending me paper statements at a 2 dollar charge each month. A year later I moved and told them about it so they could change my address. They never did even though I told them multiple times, they just put a note on my account saying that they didn't have the right address. However, they kept charging me the two dollars a month and either were knowingly sending my BANK STATEMENTS to the wrong house or just charging me two dollars a month even though they weren't sending me statements at all. When I talked to a manager about this she refused to make it right and simply sent me on my way. I have been with Zions since I was a kid. They have always sucked like that and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
