- NMNana MoOct 4, 20251.0my experience with this branch and its management has been incredibly frustrating. The branch manager demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Communication is poor, issues are ignored, and responses are dismissive at best. I expected a certain level of service from a reputable bank like Wells Fargo, but instead encountered inefficiency, unhelpfulness, and unprofessional behavior. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I do not feel valued as a customer and would caution anyone considering this branch. I hope Wells Fargo addresses these serious management shortcomings, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Instead of trying to resolve my issue, she talked down to me and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. It’s outrageous that Wells Fargo allows someone with such a terrible attitude to run a branch. She clearly doesn’t care about customers, and it shows. If you want to waste your time and leave frustrated, go see Cindy. Otherwise, avoid this branch at all costs.

But I kept getting reminders for the original appointment. So I called the branch to make sure they knew I had rescheduled. First of all getting through to a person was a real challenge. Then when I did get hold of some one, I explained that I had rescheduled. But was still getting reminders for the original time and I wanted to make sure they were aware of the rescheduling. Without bothering to take my name or the time of the appointment. The told they would take care of it and thanked me for calling. Message received, if I'm ever in the same situation again. I will not be attempting to give you all a heads up.
