I got in a car accident(not my fault) they would not do an extension nor did they give any support during my hard time forcing my loan to go into a Default. I told them multiple times about my situation and I keep getting harassed by constant phone calls even though I’ve been very up front about the whole situation! They took advantage of my bad situation and refuse to help me in my time of need. I’ve been a loyal customer, never missed a payment or was even late. Is this really what banking is about? Screwing over your customers while they need help? I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this scammy company
