    Manager was so rude to me couldn't give me access to my account even with my social security number! Don't ask for sensitive information if you can't help me. So now I have to go in and take time out of my busy schedule to see how much is on the account. I'm gonna just close the account and go with someone else. Oh and don't hang up on people totally unprofessional. Do better

    If i can give this branch a -5 i would. These ppl sign me up for a service i didnt request and screwed me over. The customer service would get a -10. Ive worked in banks and these people clearly have no idea on how one works. Most tellers act like this is a part time after school gig. The main office needs to do some serious rearranging in this branch. How can all the other branches get such good reviews, and this one is fo so poor. This is like the branch no one brings up.. smh. About to close my account and go back to chase where there are standards.

    Terrible customer service. My wife and I would go in person to this branch for any problems we had or with issues with our bankcard, and every time the staff at this branch would make mistakes like misspelling the name on the card or not sending one at all. They have a history of loosing our paper work at this branch. The staff also is slow to help customers and act as though you are inconveniencing them. I have ran into similar issues at other branches. Zions bank worst aspect is it's customer service.
