This is a large building with several registers, and two people manning bothe the counter and drive through and everything else that you might need. The tellers were courteous, however when they finally helped me, so courteous that they never once asked me for my id, simply took my debit card and have me my balance and printed some checks. In today's world of I'd theft and scammers this is not ok. Not at all, shame on you Zions.
