While meeting with her, several other employees kept stopping us and asking her questions. My issue is pretty black and white, and she agreed with me that it should be a simple fix. She said she will figure out what needs to be done to correct the issue and get back with me on a solution. That was over a month ago. I have left message after message with the bank for her to call me. She has never called me. Becky clearly has way too much to do.
