While meeting with her, several other employees kept stopping us and asking her questions. My issue is pretty black and white, and she agreed with me that it should be a simple fix. She said she will figure out what needs to be done to correct the issue and get back with me on a solution. That was over a month ago. I have left message after message with the bank for her to call me. She has never called me. Becky clearly has way too much to do.

- EFEmily FerrinAug 8, 20251.0Hey watch out for the tellers here - the teller who helped me took my debit card, ID and withdrawal slip (so I couldn’t just leave) and then helped the 3 customers who pulled up to her window after I did (I suppose because I pulled up to the second lane?). When I finally used the call button and asked to be taken care of, she proceeded to treat me like I yelled at her (I didn’t) and let me know I was “wasting my own time” simply because I tried to get some service. I don’t need to deal with some crusader who’s looking for a chance to put someone in their place when I go try to use my account. Maybe next time she could channel all that righteous indignation and just…do her job?
