- LUL UNov 17, 20251.0I have been a long standing customer with the North Ogden branch. I was treated incredibly rudely when I went in to inquiry about opening a second account. First I was told to go stand over there. I tried to explain why I was there but the clerk decided what I needed before letting me finish. I was told to make an appointment or go online. The manager was called over because i wasconfused at the treatnent. Neither would listen to what i needed. I was gathering information for a second account. Zero customer service. I can understand if they were short handed or it was closing tine. I had a simple question that remained unanswered. I am currently looking for a new bank. I refuse to be afraid to go into my branch for clarification on a simple question.
