My paystubs I originally brought in when I acquired the loan show I get paid every other Friday. Jamie calls me EVERY OFF WEEK yelling at me to the point it ruins my day. We are all human and we all go through life, yes. I have explained that I have been working my butt off, taking care of my mom, being in and out of the hospital with my mom, and dealing with my car and the dealership I got my car from. It's Saturday and I'm finally at home with my family after everything that has gone on since before mother's Day. I get a call from Lend Nation and it's Jamie with the worst attitude telling me my payment didn't process. Confused, I asked why is it coming out every week when I get paid every other week. She then begins to get more of an attitude and insist I'm ALWAYS ONE WEEK behind and that she has told me to bring in paystubs to prove I get paid every OTHER week, but what happened to the paystubs I brought in when I got the loan that prove my paydays? I have literally been so busy with work, my mom, my car, and everything else. Rather than just talking when I answer the phone, she instantly starts yelling. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she can't release personal information and I have to wait until Monday. Jamie's entire demeanor was confrontational and imperious. My family could hear her while my phone was on my ear and were completely taken back that it came from someone who is working in a customer service setting. I work in healthcare and strongly believe in providing great customer service to others. If I didn't care, I wouldn't be in my profession. You never know what people are going through and having a positive attitude makes all the difference. If you can't provide great customer service in a customer service type job... Find another job, Jamie. Nobody is your punching bag when you're having a bad day, especially your customers that needed your help when times are tough. If someone else from Lend Nation that talks to others with respect and dignity could contact me regarding questions on my account, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
