We have done this at least four times only to be told my information is accurate! Today we receive two more letters (wife and myself). I contacted the main office only to be told they could not help me, "I would need to visit the branch ". Guess I will close my account and move my funds to another bank!

I have never had to pay money to cash a check from the bank it originated from! This is ridiculous, $7.50 to cash a check is extreme! Then I was treated poorly because I told them my opinion! This will never be a bank I will open an account at!
