It was sent to collections and now I can't reopen. My tax money AND my stimulus check were supposed to come today and now I can't even have my own money. Now I have to way even longer and who knows how long to get my money. I really needed my money but now I can't even get it in these hard time. They clearly don't care about people and what they are going through during this pandemic.

Unfortunately they don't want to switch because their social security is deposited there. One time I waited for 12 minutes for a receipt for a deposit I made into there account. Unacceptable.

I asked about safe deposit boxes and the women on the phone basically told me to go to another branch because they don't always have someone to open your box? Her reasoning was the boxes are in the basement. I asked her if I wanted to open my box how many days would it take ? She didn't know because they cannot say when they have the staff available to do it? True story. This is what I call a twilight zone moment. I guess there is no main branch in Utah either. What a joke.
