Want to send a wire transfer? you have to sign up for a completely different system with separate login and authentication. Want to manage purchase cards? Another completely separate system with different login and authentication. Plus, no one at the branches knows anything about those systems, so good luck if you have any issues.

I asked about safe deposit boxes and the women on the phone basically told me to go to another branch because they don't always have someone to open your box? Her reasoning was the boxes are in the basement. I asked her if I wanted to open my box how many days would it take ? She didn't know because they cannot say when they have the staff available to do it? True story. This is what I call a twilight zone moment. I guess there is no main branch in Utah either. What a joke.
