- AZAlpha ZetaSep 1, 20254.0I am very thankful to staff member that helped me with my transaction even though I did go in there as a stuttering idiot who forgot the word was I was trying to do. The lady with the tattoos on her arm had a cool 3d printer creature on her monitor and very kindly explained what it was. Was able to get in and out less than 10 minutes. Maybe it's just that I was doing a small thing but it wasn't as scary or bad as the other reviews had led me to believe.

They closed a business acct without warning and told me they sent me a cashiers check in the mail of 10,000.00 which never showed up at my house. They have nothing to say other then they did their part ant mailed it. No signature required or anything. I still have not received my money. DO NOT open an acct here.

- ZMZach MillerDec 17, 20191.0This is the most asinine company that I have ever had to deal with I was paid by check drawn on their Bank and in order to cash it they charge me money because I don't have an account there even though the check is from their bank will not ever ever ever use this bank for any of their services so unbelievably ridiculous I have never had any bank or credit union or financial institution ever try to impose a fee to cash their own check
