- OJOlivia JacksonFeb 5, 20221.0Usually like this bank. BUT! Went today Saturday February 5th at 12:45 to go through the drive through. I REALLY needed to get there today in order to pay rent. I checked google and it said their drive thru was open until 1. Lobby was closed (as expected) but so was their drive thru. I tried calling but obviously nobody answered due to nobody even being there. To say the we aren’t happy and now can’t make rent on time.

At first they were very helpful and friendly, but after taking my money and almost handing me the change they asked if I banked with them. After telling them no they promptly pulled back the change and gave my money back saying they can't do that if I don't bank there. Really!?!?! That is how you operate? Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to open an account just so they could give me some change. Ummm, no thank you. Seems they are more interested in making money than being an asset to the community or contributing to society. I then went across the street to a different bank (that I am also not a member of) and they promptly made change without asking if I banked with them. What a joke. What kind of a BANK is not willing to make change? I guess I am not privileged enough for them, and I will not be banking with them (or even stopping by) again in the future.
