    Connor and the entire team at Wells Fargo Fashion Place were absolutely wonderful to work with. We walked in without an appointment and were treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism—something that meant a great deal as we were dealing with sensitive estate matters. Connor immediately put us at ease and guided us through everything with patience and care. Even after hours, when we ran into some issues, the staff went above and beyond to help us, never making us feel like an inconvenience. We’ll be returning soon to wrap up a few remaining details, and I have no doubt the experience will be just as positive. Truly exceptional service—thank you, Connor and the Wells Fargo Fashion Place team, for your compassion and professionalism!

    Terrible experience! I went to cash a check that I received as a birthday gift (Wells Fargo check) First thing all the drive throughs were closed. I had to get my two kids out of the car and bring them in. Waited in line only for them to tell me they can cash one of their own checks for a $10 dollar fee. When I asked them why they said because I don’t have an account with them. So they can’t even cash their own checks without charging you for them! I have never ever experienced any place that couldn’t even cash their own checks! What a joke!

    Lourdes Tatiana and Miriam or beyond helpful. I had a last minute financial need. They were also helpful, pulled together as a team and went above and beyond helped me out so much!

    Don’t usually leave bad reviews but this Bank is painfully slow. Staff is friendly no issues with them, but the Drive through has been down forever. Doesn’t seem like they’re ever going to fix it, and there’s only ever one employee actually working. They’re all friendly but plan on spending way more time than necessary while here.
