However, the ASSISTANT MANAGER then proceeds to tell me how they're going to call me every single day until I pay. As well as my job and references to collect. Threatening me over the phone during the holidays (anytime really) is crazy. Yes, it is threatening to try and scare someone into paying. I'm struggling and trying. Again, I made a mistake, their fault really because the information on my side is different then what they have on their side, however I'll own that. To scare me into paying is trash behavior. I don't care if she was trying to "just let me know" as I'm sure someone will say, but that was NOT how it was presented. Just because someone's tone is even doesn't negate a threat.
