They hung up after and called back immediately, I told them I didn't want to work with them. Hey were super unprofessional and rude even if I wouldn't get approved still should have decent customer service.
- KPKimberly PalaciosSep 24, 20251.0Received a pre approved check loan in the mail, it said “this is a real check, endorse back, then cash or deposit and by depositing or cashing you agree to the loan terms, no additional paperwork needed” I was hesitant to cash due to thinking it was a scam or fraud. I decided to deposit it in my credit union as some unexpected financial issues came up now my credit union is treating it as it is fraud and refusing to release funds, if they decide it is not fraud they said they will not release for 15 business days by then it’ll be too late. I now have to find an alternative way to handle what was thrown at me unexpectedly. Wow so helpful now it makes me wonder if this really was a scam or fraud.
