I have been dealing with a unique situation and the staff at this location, specifically Stephanie, the branch manager, and Elisabeth H., the universal banker, have worked tirelessly on my issue from day one with five-star service. They could have easily instructed me to call a number to get in touch with the department in charge, but instead, they maintained constant communication with me, stayed past closing time, and took ownership of the issue and made it feel like it was their sole mission to ensure everything is resolved. Both Stephanie and Elisabeth deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond which, I believe, is difficult to find these days. So to all those looking for a Wells Fargo location that is clean, comfortable, and staffed by an amazing team, look no further than this branch! Thanks
