About a month ago, I went to this branch, I usually go to the West Valley branch, but I guess I would give it a chance. Because due to my pass experience it wasn’t well, but I regret it. As soon walked in there was a long line with only 1 teller, the wait was long even though their were two bankers and a manager on the floor. When I was in line I noticed that the manager was behind a teller, whispering in her ear and rolling her eyes, I could see that the teller felt intimidated and scared, when I was behind one of the customers they asked the teller a question and she answered it, but after the customer left the manager started speaking in Spanish telling the teller that she should promote the “Wells Fargo’s” name and that she was very slow, also said that she didn’t even know why she hired her. When it was my turn the teller was very nice and greeted me, but I could feel the manager intimidate her and made her feel uncomfortable, after my transaction the manager told her that she would need to have a one on one, because she wasn’t doing her work right, when I left to check my receipt I heard the manager say to her in Spanish again that she was basically like an ATM, because she wasn’t useful for this job and that she was very slow, I went back to ask a question, and asked for the managers name. Her name is Fabiola, and she was terribly rude to her employees, I believe that if you are a manger you shouldn’t insult your employees, because this makes the customers believe that the company only cares about themselves. Definitely insulting her in Spanish a language that most people don’t understand is so disrespectful and I would never go to this branch ever again, I hope this manager gets serious actions taken against her for being rude towards her employees.

I had a horrendous experience at the Magna Branch on Tuesday due to how a teller wanted to treat me, and eveyone else in the branch. Afterwards I called the 800# for assistance with my question. After that I called the Branch to speak with the Branch manager, the teller that "served" me answered the phone and said the manager would call me. Today is Thursday and no one has called.
I opened a new bank account at a different bank today. (PS the new bank was so delightful) I did this 100% due to how the teller treated me when I was in the Branch on Tuesday, then her yelling at me when I called for the manager, and the manager not bothering to call me back. I even called today again to attempt to speak to the manager and was told they already went home. Tomorrow I will be going into this branch to pay off my credit card and close my accounts.
This service is unacceptable. And while loosing one customer is maybe seen as no big deal, I can only assume this Branch has caused far more to leave. On Google there has not been a 3 star or higher review in 2 years. The service is horrible, the bank is messy and unprofessional inside, and the manager doesn't seem to care to get feedback from customers.
Hopefully, whoever monitors the reviews left cares.

This is the worst location ever.. they have one cashier and three bankers doing nothing and a huge line of people trying to get deposits or cash… also I am trying to get 100 in ones and because I am in my uniform a fast food uniform they make it so hard saying I need a business account cause fives and ones are for business??? They ask if it was for the business or for me I said is for me and the teller, her name is Alisia I believe didn’t believe me and went to her manager.. are we only allowed to get big bills because we do not have a business?? Worst branch ever..
