I had a very nice person help me with getting my auto loan while she was very kind she said a lot of things that weren’t true initially the only reason I took a loan from the bank was to have a 3 year loan instead of a standard 6 year one. The bank told me that I would have a 3 year loan when I signed the papers for me to realize later on that the loan was for 6 years. I continued and asked to be put on auto pay for the loan and signed the agreement to be told on my first loan payment that I would need to come in to pay it because I hadn’t set anything up. During the loan process I was asked to resend the same document 3 different times. I recently received notice that even though I had brought in my proof of insurance on the car that the bank had also not taken note of the insurance and that now I have a failure of providing insurance notice I get to deal with. Overall very disappointed in this whole situation. I never plan to take a loan out from this bank again.

I've historically had really good experiences with Zions Bank, however, this particular branch has caused me an unfortunate number of headaches. I was waiting to sign on a loan through them that I desperately needed. They were very slow to contact me about when I could sign, and when they did contact me, they informed me that it was being held up due to an issue that could have been easily and quickly resolved by me days earlier. I gave all of the information they needed to close on the loan, fully expecting to walk out with it by the weekend when I needed it. I then was called Friday during my work hours, which I had informed them of, and told that the rep had given me the wrong information and the date I provided for my loan payment was invalid, pushing the availability of the loan into the next week. Though the rep I worked with was kind, this was a very stressful situation for me, as I was out of a car and needed the loan to pay for it. On a separate occasion, I pulled into the drive-thru to make a loan payment. A rep handling another person's transaction confused mine with theirs and proceeded to give me their account details, interrupting me when I attempted to correct him. There's a lack of attention at this branch that inconveniences customers and which should be addressed.
