I spend 17 minutes on hold when a lady finally answered and asked if she could help me. When I began to tell her what I needed she hung up. Guess she was in a hurry. So I called back and after 25 minutes on hold I spoke with Desi. She was very kind and we made an appointment. I met with her today and could not have been treated better. She was competent and caring to my need for records. My need caused me to call both Key Bank and Washington Federal -both their phone service and personal service were great.
