- SGSierra GriffethSep 1, 20181.0I have to give my most recent visit (today Sept.1st) a very low rating for one HUGE mistake the employee made. He did not ID me , nor did he have me type in my debit card PIN. I went in to draw out 400$ which was over the daily limit at the atm. I had asked him why it didn't work at the atm at first and this must have distracted him from doing his job right.. But regardless. If I had of been a thief then they would have easily just walked away with my money. I had my debit card with me and gave it to him but he wrote my info on a slip and didn't even ask me my name, my pin, or for my ID. The only question he asked was if I wanted it in 100 bills and I said I preferred 20s.... I should have called him out for it in the store but I was waiting t the end to see if he really wasn't going to ask for it. Wells Fargo needs to step up their priorities for in-branch security.
