I just received my first deposit and went into the branch to see if I could get my debit card printed. The employee said they don't print them in branch but offered me an ATM card while I wait for my debit card in the mail. So far I am really happy banking here

I honestly don't know why I still bank here. the ATM never works, the app never works, the actual website never works, the customer service can never help you out. I'm shocked the overall rating is at 2.8 stars should be 0 stars. I will be closing my account as soon as I get all my bills and direct deposit switched over to mountain America. this review is on key bank as a whole not just this Logan store
