  I went to this bank with some questions about foreign currency and have been blown away by their service! The personal banker Matias helped me understand additional Wells Fargo services I could benefit from and helped me sign up. Very personable. I’ve gone back numerous times and received help from Ian, Ryan, Matias, and Natalie. They’re all great and fast!

  I have banked here for years. And I frequent many WF’s around Utah and the country. For some reason, this branch seems to have the lowest customer service out of all of them that I have been to. I’m not going to leave a bad review for one negative interaction. Numerous times I come in here, there’s nobody working the counter, which is fine. I understand if there’s a lot of people in the drive-through. But nobody will acknowledge you. A simple “We’ll be right with you” is all that is needed for someone to know that service is coming, and that people actually know you are in the building. I’ve had to raise my voice across the counter, asking if anyone was working the counter. Today my card and cash traded hands with three different people behind the counter before somebody actually helped me. It just seems like such a sloppy operation for such a high amount of responsibility needed. And it would be great if Cade dropped the condescending attitude when I simply mention this to him. For some reason, people can’t take criticism, or hear any sort of feedback without getting hurt. It’s simple. Acknowledge the customer’s concern, apologize for the situation, and move on. “We’re doing the best we can” is not a great answer. It tells me that this is the standard. Which I know is not.

  I cannot say enough about this branch and specifically Millie. After trying to open an SSI bank account at both Chase and Mountain America and both banks not understanding what was necessary for the process, Millie stepped up with her thorough knowledge and took care of everything that I needed with professionalism and understanding. I will never Bank shop again! I feel that this Branch obviously provides the training and hires the best, as proven with Millie. She has a bright future in the banking industry :)

  Although I came into Wells Fargo with frustration with the online banking I ended up dealing with Sebastian Riveros and he made my banking experience as positive and well informed as possible. I am still closing my account because Wells Fargo refused to give me my money after dealing with fraud but the customer service experienced in this store was top notch. Thanks alot Sebastian and I hope to see you at the restaurant!

  It would be nice of the tellers would verify the information, but all in all the employees are pretty friendly
