- RSRyan SimpkinsDec 18, 20235.0I wanted to express gratitude for the staff at this office. I needed to fax some documents to the corporate arm of Edward Jones. Despite me having no relationship to this office at all, the staff were friendly, sensitive, and helpful. It was a pleasure to experience their understanding and graciousness as they assisted me. I felt bad for intruding unannounced with an odd request to fax documents, but the staff offered reassurance and handled my matter professionally and quickly. If this is how they treat someone who is not a customer, I can only imagine their actual customers are incredibly satisfied.
