She went above and beyond to help us figure out an issue we were having with a refund with a third party company for about 1 month and till this day she is still keeping us updated on the process. She is amazing being so patient with us throughout this whole month on something that is not her or the banks fault but the third party company.

I have had to have my Mother placed in an assisted living facility and have had to have many documents notarized by the Bank. She has been unable to go to the bank her self and on several occasions Aaron Nelson and Jonathon have jumped in their cars and followed me to the facility to assist her. It's not often you receive service like this. I would recommend Zions Bank to all my friends and family!!
