Never gave me my sign on bonus of 200 and try to find ways to charge me overdraft fees even though I don't have overdraft protection. Also kept changing my address so I couldn't purchase things online id get it fixed then sure enough it was always changed back to the wrong one. These people make me sick.
- TTTrish ThomasonJun 30, 20201.0Got loan approved through key bank for a fence project and was sent checks. When I used the checks, they charged me $245 in fees. The paperwork sent with the checks stated "checks enclosed provide you with an easy and convenient way to access your account" and had paper stating to use checks to get 0% APR. Apparently lower in the paper it states that there is a 3% fee to use the checks - NOT CLEARLY labeled and certainly very shady when 2 other places say to use the checks and don't state any penalty. I called and talked to some snotty guy who refused to remove any fees. I'm FUMING MAD. I will NEVER use this bank again.
