I had to explain to her what it is as are months back I had to ask for one changed banks and my direct deposits were delayed. She ended up telling me that it looked like I had two prior but I told her nicely that I only had one. She wasn’t able to show me when the other one occurred and the only thing that I could do was refinance the loan which starts it all over again which adds on even more charges in the long run.
