Horrible customer service I would have expected a polite response but flat out no also mind you it’s a bank and she literally said I could not exchange a hundred dollar bill for a 50 two 20s and a 10 simple right not for her I just finished a deposit and she willingly told me no to exchanging my money. Beyond livid. 8/1/25 11:00am. Fire her!

The wait time just to get to the front was long and the person in front of me left out of frustration. I waited for a long time to just deposit a check and even though I deposit every month the same thing for the same amount she wanted to hold me until she called my bank before finalizing the deposit. She claimed it was their policy yet it has never been an issue in the other 9 transactions I’ve done there over the months. The trainee was nice. Wells in Kaysville has been very frustrating to deal with every month. They don’t make it easy to give them money
