Even if you ask them to not send you paper statements they will still continue to charge you for them and send them anyway. After five attempts of asking them to stop, they then told me that they charge me five dollars per statement that they were going to email. I am not a fan of banks that nickel and dime. Will not be banking with them ever again. Terrible customer service as well. Asked several times to quit the paper fees and was never taken care of.
