We had a simple question about a transaction that required a manager, but instead of coming over to speak with us, the manager sat across the room and had the employee instant-message them back and forth. It’s honestly ridiculous that the manager couldn’t take a moment to address the issue face-to-face.
- ABAnna BacaNov 4, 20251.0My husband banks with you, but what I don’t understand is when he is been waiting to be helped and I walk in you still have 2 employees behind the the main desk with one customer and then Im assuming the branch manager just there leaned over with her elbow on the counter and having a full conversation 🤔 my husband is a customer too!! No other customer in the building besides us?? I’m in the parking lot writing this and still this customer in the building 😂 I guess maybe it’s your husband. Talk about fast service!!
