- TTTylerSep 4, 20241.0I want to start by saying the employees are top notch here - very friendly and great customer service. Why the bad review? It’s just one of the most inconvenient branches to go to. They closed their drive thru - so while they might be ADA compliant, good luck getting up their ramp with crutches and all the way to the teller counter. That is a huge disappointment and neglects the needs of some customers. I get it’s potentially to have less employees working but also prevent fraud. They don’t provide slips before the counter either so that’s always empty. I also always feel for the manager because they are ALWAYS training someone new cause people transfer or leave. I also get that corporate makes changes to what’s needed for certain deposits but it changes frequently - for 6 months, you didn’t need a checking deposit slip, then all of a sudden they change it and have no idea what the policy is. I get that most likely comes from corporate. This is a review about the branch policies and not necessarily the employees. With little to no interest rate on your money, why bank here when they make it SO hard to bank with them? Operationally, I think the writing is on the wall about this branch staying open unless something changes.
