- ILIvester Tree, LLCAug 9, 20251.0Let me start with Kari has been great to work with. That’s the only good thing about this bank. London is the laziest manager I’ve ever seen in all my life. You literally have to call up corporate ladder and have the customer service team reach out to her to do her job. While she seems kind to your face, she has no problem talking poorly. I brought concerns to her that were never dealt with and in fact she made up lies which made me change banks. Chloe has no problem spouting your private and personal information to every client in the bank loudly and in a very inappropriate way. The fees Zions charges are ridiculous just to receive services. My experience with London and Chloe were horrible. I recommend having Kari help you if you don’t want laziness or unprofessional service.
