I came in for the first time to this branch, I usually go to other branches in Utah County. When I open the door, they were both smiling and greeted me. They were very, very helpful and asked if there are other things they can help me with. The whole experience just put a smile on my face And gave me a the thought of wanting to come back here. I wish that they worked in one of the Utah County branches or this location was closer to me. Keep up the great work at this branch!

After supposedly being helpful consolidating in no uncertain terms two accounts, including a closed credit card, the card they "closed" was not closed and was left open to accumulate fees. Absolutely incredible. To fail in such a manner where it will leave me out a few hundred dollars. A perfect example of a bank that has no respect or care for it's long time customers. Stay away.
